British Association of Fair Trade Shops and Suppliers
The shop and our suppliers have to meet criteria set out by the British Association of Fair Trade Shops and Suppliers (BAFTS), which is a member of the World Trade Association.
To do this, we:
- Buy products from established Fair Trade importers who comply with BAFTS' aims
- Pay fair prices
- Make sure the majority of our goods, consistently over 70%, are stocked from Fair Trade sources
- Have high quality products
- Provide excellent customer care
- Ensure equal opportunities for all staff
- Campaign and get involved with education work
